Monotone

I have always thought that wearing an outfit in monotone is boring and too matchy matchy. But after looking at this shot from Garance Dore's blog, I change my mind. Actually a monotone outfit can be upgraded by using different tone of same colour. Just look at her, isn't she look fabulous? The electric blue clutch, sleeves, collar and sunglasses pop against her pale blue sweater and skirt. I especially love her sunglasses (and her chunky bracelets!). Oh, maybe she should paint her nails blue also.
