Marchesa Fall 2011

Every Marchesa pieces are exquisite and delicate, displacing the fine craftsmanship of the designer duo, Georgina Chapman and Karen Craig. As usual, they give us a stunning collection, but with less sparkles compared to their past collection. It's more frayed, but the structure is still there. Marchesa is made for red carpet. Soon, we'll see celebrities wearing these pieces to attend the Oscar. Let's just let the breathtaking pictures talk for themselves.

Blake Lively is blooming in Marchesa

As usual, Blake Lively opted for Marchesa for this event. The plum suede dress has laser cut puff sleeve, cut-out details and a low cut back. The dress is modified from the runway version but I think it's suitable for this occasion.She added Burberry pumps to complete her look. I love how she brightens up the dress with Lorraine Schwartz turquoise earrings and bracelet. Her dark-coloured nails also compliment her dress perfectly.
